Are you as confused as I am?

Any given week a new report or guide is posted from the CDC.

It’s increasingly hard to keep track of the newest mandate from the CDC ET AL for rona cures, treatments and

covid prevention behavior, just to be contradicted a week later. However with the ever expanding CDC concepts come new rules from the anti-freedom crowd precluding our rights, that never go away once a contradiction are made. Maybe it’s time to start infusing a common sense approach to this “rona thing” and say yes or no and mean it. Heres a couple facts you may not know to help us make good choices for ourselves. *Did you know wearing the masks to long can cause breathing problems? Warning: The World Health Organization says “the use of a mask alone is insufficient to provide the adequate level of protection” against the spread of coronavirus.

But can prolonged wearing of masks be dangerous?

Dr Dennis A Castro

Breathing over and over exhaled air turns into carbon dioxide, which is why we feel dizzy.

This intoxicates the user and much more when he/she must move, carry out displacement actions.

It causes discomfort, loss of reflexes and conscious thought.

It generates great fatigue.

In addition, oxygen deficiency causes glucose breakdown and endangered lactic acid rise.

What about driving while wearing a mask? Some people drive their car with the mask on, can be very dangerous, because, the stale air can make the driver lose consciousness.

It is recommended to use it only if you have someone very close, and it is important to remember to lift it every 10 minutes to take in fresh air and continue feeling healthy.

What about the pros?

It is counterproductive for people who serve the public for 8 hours, as they are intoxicating themselves without knowing it.

Dr. Adebayo Folorunsho-Francis

Medical professionals have warned that people with chronic asthma who use face masks, especially the surgical and clothing type, are exposing themselves to hypoxia.

Hypoxia is a condition in which the body or a region of the body is deprived of adequate oxygen supply at the tissue level.

The World Health Organisation described asthma as a common lung condition that causes sporadic breathing difficulties, adding that its strongest risk factors are inhaled substances and particles that may provoke allergic reactions or irritate the airways.

Speaking exclusively with PUNCH HealthWise, Senior Registrar, Paediatric Department of Massey Street Children Hospital, Lagos, Dr. Mary Uche-Iwuh, explained that, except for social gatherings, asthmatics may not necessarily need to wear face masks.

“They may have to wear face masks at gatherings as well as ensure hand washing and avoiding touching the mouth, nose and eye. But when they are alone in their car or room, they can remove the face mask,” she said.

President of Atayese Health Network, Dr. Adeolu Olusodo, also shared this view.

He said someone living with lung-related diseases that demand high level oxygen supply should not be seen using face mask for long because masks reduce oxygen supply to the brain after a period.

Common sense push back from representatives.

One state representat IVR has taken his stand on the issue

Pa State Rep Russ Diamond

Via his social media, Pennsylvania State Representative Russ Diamond today posted an update of his intentions regarding COVID-19 testing.

His statement:

I will not be tested, I will not be traced, and I will not be vaccinated as a prerequisite for any activity.
Each of us must do our do diligence for our own safety our loved ones, and community. This doesn’t always dancing to the pied pipers song. How many reports have been written and published about the latest health treat, which months or years later was debunked and usually 180 degrees reversed.

It is my intent as a non-professional healthy enthusiastic thinker to help everyone search and know for them selves good solutions to getting, being and staying healthy. 🛑Stop thinking doctors know everything, how could they ? Most Dr visits today are less than five minutes. Yes we need the professional side but nothing beats your own research and common sense approach to good health. Like get out into the sun for some good ole vitamin D can do wonders for our immune systems. Tommys blog
