1” wild caught salmon no skin

Any salmon rub

rub both side and let marinate for an hour

set Pit Boss or like pellet grill to 300*

place fillets on a cooking sheet (makes turning a breeze) and your salmon won’t fall apart when you flip. You only need to turn once.

Cook for 20 minutes

slide in some corn on the cob just turn the corn a couple times

whip up a nice tossed salad
